REIKI

Reiki

A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body in order to facilitate healing on all levels; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one's own personal wellness, not just during an illness.

What to Expect for Your Reiki Treatment

Clients relax on a massage table and are fully clothed. A treatment can last 30 minutes or an hour. A practitioner's hands are placed on or above your body in specific positions and it is very gentle and non-invasive, since there is no pressure on the body. Most clients feel deep relaxation and a sense of renewal after a treatment.

Reiki is …

A subtle and effective form of energy healing. It has been practiced in every country of the world for thousands of years. It is used in hospitals and hospice, as well as in private practice and for self-care. Reiki is a wonderful complementary modality in a personal wellness or healing program. Reiki is not affiliated with any religion or religious practice.

Some Benefits of Reiki ...

Reiki is for everyone! It heals adults, babies, toddlers, children, seniors and pets.

Reiki should never be used instead of medical treatment. It is a complementary treatment that can help people become healthier and maintain their health.

The practice at Community Massage in Troy is currently limited to Reiki and related practices. Although conventional/mainstream medical care or advice are not offered in this office, Bob's medical background supports his ability to integrate Reiki as a complementary practice, which will support and enhance health and wellness in a great variety of circumstances.
